Mith welcome back! This sounds like a super fun project and I think Rune and his classmates will love it as well. I hope you will share its progress with us!

Suggestions for the first story:
Maybe it would be nice if she convinces the dragons to let her replaces the fairy prisoners with lights that she cleverly builds (maybe using glow-worms or glowing rocks, or maybe she learns the dragons to make a torch using their firebreath to lite it? I can imagine the dragons trying to lite the party with firebreathing, which naturally resulted in a mess, so maybe that's why they went to capture the fairies)?
I think the dragon tea-party is cute and even though the dragons are sort of the bad guys in the story it would be a shame to not let them have their party in the end :D (maybe the fairies can stay for tea as well).

I love the McGuiver pocket. But if it's like a bag of holding, which holds more than it should it might clash a bit with her non-magic character? Maybe a toolbelt with a pouch for misc story purposes?

I think it's amiable that you're avoiding gender and race tropes and their issues, but I would try to let the story guide the decissionmaking concerning the details in that regard.
Maybe it is even good to have a girly looking girl that is good in math and engineering (an other trope is actually that when you are good in those things, you automatically can't also be "pretty"and into feminine things). It's great to consider it, but wouldn't overthink it too much.

Ugh, that isn't good news. I didn't know any of those things.

I have to join Neeks in finding it relevant. If I have the option to choose which company to support with my money (even though it might just be a drop in the bucket from their point of view) I would rather choose to drip money in the bucket of people who I find morally agreeable.

The Academy / Re: Purchase domain or hosting first

I don't know. I moved my websites, domains and hosting from two different providers, to a new provider a few years ago, and it wasn't that big of a hassle to be honest. I'm currently hosting at Bluehost and I'm pretty happy with their service.

Hey everyone. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up about a guy who's running a PW campaign which targets webcomics with an (rather in your face kind of) ad that links to a youtube channel with religious stuff that you might not like to link to on your page.

His PW info, in case you want to block his ads:
C L,
Member 45019

the channel: (to be fair, I didn't really take the time to watch any of his videos)
the ad:

I ve read the first few pages of your comic, and I love the atmosphere that you've created in it  :D.
Welcome to the FCP!

The Gazette / Snow by Night: Volume 2 Kickstarter

Heeeey guys. My Reverie colleagues from Snow by night are doing a Kickstarter to print their 2nd book. There's only a few days left to support them and get the book(s). They still need a little nudge to make their goal so I thought I'd share it here as well :D. Signal boosts are appreciated!

Ooh, I wanted to add you, but I now see that my powerlvl isn't over 9000 yet :(. I will need to train to become the stronger admin, so that I can actually add people to member groups.

In the mean time, I'll see if I can give an other admin a poke ;).

This looks super interesting! I'll put taking a closer look at it on my to-do list, but my first impression after skimming trough it is certainly positive.

I've to agree with Neeks. Having a decent website is a show of competence, it's really not that difficult to make one these days.

It isn't the end all, but it certainly doesn't help to grow confidence.
